This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed on Bingoo, operated by Blue Sky Phones Co. L.L.C, are processed, shipped, delivered, picked up, and tracked.
By placing an order on https://bingoo.ae, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Delivery Coverage
Bingoo delivers across the United Arab Emirates and selected GCC countries.
UAE delivery coverage includes all Emirates.
GCC delivery is available to:
- Oman
- Saudi Arabia
- Qatar
- Bahrain
- Kuwait
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
- UAE shipping fee: AED 25
- Free UAE shipping: Available on orders above AED 500
- GCC shipping fee: AED 250
- Store pickup: Free of charge
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Bingoo, such as sending the wrong item or confirming a delivery-related error from our side.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday during our working hours.
Order cut-off time: 12:00 PM UAE Time.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM may be dispatched on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be dispatched on the next business day.
- No dispatch is available on Sundays.
- No dispatch is available during UAE public holidays, as our store is closed.
During busy periods, promotions, public holidays, or courier delays, order processing may take longer than usual.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, customer availability, address accuracy, and external delays.
- United Arab Emirates: 1–2 business days
- GCC countries: 4–7 business days
All UAE Emirates follow the same estimated delivery timeframe.
5. Delivery Partners
Bingoo works with trusted courier partners to deliver orders safely and efficiently.
Our delivery partners may include:
- Aramex
- NasEX
The assigned courier may vary depending on the delivery location and operational availability.

7. Store Pickup
Bingoo offers free store pickup from our Dubai location.

Store pickup hours:
Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM – 9:00 PM UAE Time
Store pickup orders are usually ready within 1 hour to 1 business day, depending on product availability and order confirmation.
To collect a pickup order, customers must provide the order number.
Pickup orders will be held for 3 days. If the order is not collected within 3 days, Bingoo may cancel the order and issue a refund. No restocking fee will apply.
All available payment methods may be used for pickup orders, including online payment options and Cash on Delivery where available.
8. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders within the UAE.
- No Cash on Delivery fee is charged by Bingoo.
- There is no fixed maximum order value for Cash on Delivery orders.
- Bingoo may contact customers before dispatch to verify Cash on Delivery orders.
- Customers should ensure their phone number and address are accurate before placing an order.
If a Cash on Delivery order cannot be verified, dispatch may be delayed or the order may be cancelled.
9. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at checkout.
This includes:
- Full name
- Correct mobile number
- Complete delivery address
- Apartment, villa, building, or office details where applicable
- Emirate or country
Bingoo is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable customer information.
10. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, customer unavailability, or refusal to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
If an order is returned to Bingoo due to failed delivery attempts, the order may be cancelled and refunded after deducting applicable shipping or return shipping charges, where permitted.
11. Damaged Packages
Customers must inspect the package upon delivery before accepting it.
If the outer package appears visibly damaged, tampered with, or opened, the customer should refuse the delivery or report it to Bingoo immediately.
For damage claims after delivery, customers must contact Bingoo within 12 hours of delivery.
To review a damage claim, Bingoo may require:
- Clear photos of the outer packaging
- Clear photos of the product
- An unboxing video
- Order number
Damage claims submitted after 12 hours may not be accepted.
12. Lost Shipments
If a shipment is reported as lost, Bingoo will investigate the case with the courier partner.
After the investigation is completed, Bingoo may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the case outcome and product availability.
13. GCC Orders, Customs & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United Arab Emirates, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or local charges may apply.
All customs duties, import taxes, and related charges outside the UAE are the responsibility of the customer.
For UAE orders, applicable 5% VAT is already included in the displayed product price unless otherwise stated.
14. Returns & Return Shipping
Bingoo offers a 30-day return window for eligible sealed products.
The 30-day return window applies only to products that are unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error caused by Bingoo.
- UAE return shipping fee: AED 25
- GCC return shipping fee: AED 250
Returns are subject to inspection and approval.

15. Product Condition
Bingoo sells only genuine, brand-new products unless clearly stated otherwise.
We do not sell refurbished, used, or open-box products.
16. Public Holidays & Operational Delays
Bingoo does not dispatch orders on Sundays or UAE public holidays.
Delivery may also be affected by:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing for GCC orders
- Public holidays
- High-demand promotional periods
- Events beyond our reasonable control
We work to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible, but external delays may occasionally occur.
